How to make donation to Priest Hospital

• For those who wish to make a donation via account transfer
Donation can be made to Krungthai Bank PCL account, Sri Ayutthaya Road Branch, Savings Account No. 013-1-85026-1, Account Name: Priest Hospital Donation. Details of donation can be sent via Fax no. 02-354-4273 or e-mail the evidence of donation to Finance@priest-hospital.go.th (or click here).
• For those who wish to make donation via monthly account debit
Please submit details and form and send via postal service only.
• For those who wish to make a donation via cheque
Please make cheque to “Priest Hospital” and send to Priest Hospital, address 445 Sri Ayutthaya Road, ThungPhaya Thai Sub-district, Ratchathewi District, Bangkok 10400 (Finance and Accounting Department)
• For those who wish to make a donation via Krungthai Next Application
Donation via Krungthai Next Application: scan QR code and receive evidence of donation online via E-mail.
- Donation for tax deduction: type in your e-mail address for receiving evidence of donation and send this evidence to Revenue Department on your behalf.
- Donation without tax reduction: the system will not send you and e-mail nor contact the revenue department.
Donation made via other Bank’s Application will not prompt online evidence of donation, but the data of donation will be sent to Revenue Department on your behalf and can be used for tax deduction (click here to scan QR Code).
